We are currently looking for a
Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) for our Diakonie Social Station in Ottendorf-Okrilla, to start as soon as possible.

The position is for 35 hours per week and is permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting professional and comprehensive planned outpatient care
  • Managing nursing documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring the quality and processes of care
  • Providing professional guidance to subordinate employees
  • Acting as a substitute for the nursing service manager

Requirements:


  • Degree as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of geriatric care
  • Proficient in using nursing process instruments and PC applications
  • Class B driver's license
  • Independent, responsible, and situationappropriate action
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, caredependent, and dementiaaffected individuals
  • Resilience, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Identification with the values and goals of the City Mission Dresden

We offer:


  • Remuneration according to pay group 7 AVR Diakonie Germany, version Saxony, with regular tariff adjustments
