- Lead and manage construction projects from planning and design phases through to execution and closeout.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established milestones and objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Prepare and review project contracts, proposals, and change orders, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Resolve issues, conflicts, and discrepancies that arise during the course of construction projects, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project budgets, expenditures, and cost control measures to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide project updates, and address concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Oversee the selection, hiring, and performance evaluation of project team members and subcontractors.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry, with at least [insert number] years of relevant experience.
