    Senior IT Project Manager Job Summary: As a Senior IT Product/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our IT initiatives by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. Leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies and best practices, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department. As a senior level member of our team you will be expected to mentor and be a resource to other product and project managers. This position will work closely with the Director, Product Management and PMO to help define project and product processes and ensure minimum standards are being followed within the teams. Specific Responsibilities of Senior IT Project Manager:
    • Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features/work by collaborating with business units and IT teams to understand customer needs and define solution options
    • Solicit feedback to ensure continued alignment and ensure features/work delivered meet customer and technical requirements
    • Support new business engagements and proposals to ensure the product/project approach is integrated and achievable in proposed solutions
    • Document product/project requirements and execute upon initiatives to ensure these meet the needs of business partners and larger corporate initiatives
    • Create and maintain project plans/task lists, including milestones, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables using processes/tools appropriate for the complexity level of the project
    • Experience in leading SCRUM/Agile activities, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient collaboration and alignment among cross-functional team
    • Drive due dates and task completion for business and technology teams
    • Lead project meetings with stakeholders, users, and technical teams
    • Understand business and system processes. Analyze different business metrics and conduct gap analysis and process optimization.
    • Maintain Issues and Risks logs, proactively monitoring and coordinating to resolve issues and risks in a timely manner
    • Meet with business team members to discuss and assist with project requests and work with developers to determine the technical feasibility and scope of projects
    • Maintain project documentation through the project's lifecycle
    • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to drive and facilitate requirement and design sessions and clarifications throughout the project lifecycle
    • Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills accompanied by the flexibility to quickly adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above

    Educational Experience of Senior IT Project Manager:

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Information Technology)
    • Agile Certification (CSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe) - preferred
    • PMP Certification - preferred
    • Technology-related certification - preferred

    Experience Required of Senior IT Project Manager:

    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and project management principles (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)
    • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects and delivering high-quality software and/or infrastructure products on time and within budget
    • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
    • Managed both small and larger cross-departmental projects
    • Clear and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
    • Experiencing with data measuring, analytics, and reporting
    • Experience with product roadmapping and product design
    • Experience with launching new products
