Deputy Site Manager (Human)

Your responsibilities:

You assist the Site Manager in planning and implementing cleaning projects to ensure efficient execution according to established standards and schedules.
You ensure compliance with all relevant GxP guidelines and regulations during cleaning activities.
You monitor the cleaning staff, ensure that all tasks are carried out properly and effectively, and provide guidance and support to continuously develop their skills.
You conduct regular quality controls and inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and customer satisfaction. You also create reports and documentation of completed work.
You work on continuous improvement of cleaning processes and represent the Site Manager in their absence by assuming the corresponding responsibilities.

Your qualifications:

You have proven expertise in GxP or cleanroom cleaning.
You possess strong team leadership skills and excellent German language skills for effective communication.
You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain an overview even under pressure.
You are reliable and ensure that all cleaning tasks are carried out precisely according to specifications.
