Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for their company.

Responsibilities preferred for the Staff Accountant:

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, and meeting deadlines per closing schedules
Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Produce monthly and quarterly financial packages that communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities to Executive Leadership Team
Prepare monthly payroll, prepaids, and management allocation entries
Record monthly investments and manage Vanguard equity funds

Qualifications preferred for the Staff Accountant:

BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
2+ years General Accounting required
