Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enter, review and post accounts payable and refund checks.
File paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
Post invoices into the computer system.
Set vendors up for EFT payments.
Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies.
Process expense checks accurately and timely.
Bill and track intracompany bills.
File, order supplies and perform miscellaneous duties for department when needed.
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience.
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Business Management or Accounting Information Systems.
Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment.
Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained.
