Reyes Fleet Management is immediatley hiring a Staff Accountant for our team located in Rosemont, IL to assist in our Finance and Accounting department on a variety of accounting tasks.

Shift: Full-Time l1st Shift 7:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday Hybrid role but must be able to work on site minimum 3 days a week.
Pay: Salary plus Individual Performance Bonus potential

Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

Position Summary:
The Staff Accountant is a key contributor to the day-to-day accounting operations of the Reyes Fleet Management structure. The position is intended to provide a broad range of accounting and finance support to the Reyes Fleet Management Operation.

People or Process Management Responsibility: None

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Monthly financial reporting and analysis
Month end close for business locations
Preparation of weekly and monthly billing reports for fleet maintenance operations
Account analysis and reconciliation
Maintain fixed asset system on a regular basis
Weekly fuel invoicing and reconciliation with related company
Assist with the year-end external audit process
Assist with the annual budgeting process
Assist with special projects and process improvements
Any other duties as assigned
