Job Description and Duties
Under the supervision of the Staff Administrative Analyst (Accounting Systems), the Associate Administrative Analyst (Accounting Systems) will be responsible for conducting in-depth technological studies regarding the implementation of Department of Justice (DOJ) and statewide fiscal and accounting systems. Collaborating with the Fiscal Systems Unit team, the incumbent will offer insights and suggestions to management on the implications of new systems and develop solutions to support DOJ's objectives. Additionally, they will liaise with control agencies and data centers to establish the necessary criteria for the electronic exchange of data. The role entails creating and managing databases vital for the seamless execution of tasks within the Accounting Office and other related DOJ units.
