    AGC Biologics GmbH sucht derzeit einen Mitarbeiter im Bereich Supply Chain Management, mit dem Schwerpunkt das Lager mit allen angrenzenden Logistikfunktionen zu steuern und die Fach- als auch

    zu übernehmen.

    Verantwortlichkeiten:
    Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln die ihnen unterstellten Mitarbeiter im Bereich Logistik
    Sie planen und steuern die täglichen Arbeiten, überwachen den Warenfluss vom Wareneingang bis zum Versand und unterstützen die Kollegen im Tagesgeschäft
    Sie agieren als Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner zu den angrenzenden Fachbereichen
    Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Monatskennzahlen mit und leiten ggf. Maßnahmen ein
    Sie dokumentieren

    Arbeitsabläufe/-anweisungen

    (SOPs), Abweichungen und Quality Events und führen

    Gefährdungsbeurteilungen

    durch
    Sie analysieren und optimieren vorhandener Logistikprozesse
    Sie arbeiten mit Kollegen aus anderen AGC Standorten als "best practice" Ansatz und zur Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der Abläufe zusammen
    Sie vertreten den Bereich Logistik in standortinternen als auch globalen Projekten (bspw. Einführung und Optimierung von elektronischen Systemen)
    Zudem verantworten Sie die Inventur, steuern und vereinbaren Abläufe mit dem externen Lager-Dienstleister und vertreten den Bereich Logistik in Audits

    Anforderungen:
    Sie haben Ihr Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Logistikschwerpunkt erfolgreich abgeschlossen
    Sie verfügen über einschlägige Erfahrung in der Logistik sowie erforderliches Know-how in der operativen Steuerung von Lagerprozessen
    Die Arbeit mit einem ERP und

    ist für Sie selbstverständlich und an der Tagesordnung
    Sie zeigen Durchsetzungsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
    Sie verfügen über eine selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise,

    Kommunikationsfähigkeit

    und Teamfähigkeit
    Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
    Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
    Kenntnisse bzgl. GMP wünschenswert
