Your responsibilities:

Prepare contracts, contract components, certificates, and other documents
Act as a competent contact person for all questions related to employment
Independently handle payroll and salary administration
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated matters
Conduct monthly closing, including creating various statistics and evaluations
Independently handle administrative HR tasks for new hires, terminations, transfers, and contract changes
Manage the recruiting process, from job postings to employment contracts

Your profile:

Strong organizational skills and selfinitiative are second nature to you
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Ideally with experience in HR or relevant further education
Strong social skills and communication abilities when interacting with employees and other departments
