We are currently seeking a nursing professional (m/f/d) as the main responsible practice instructor for the Center for Surgery at Ishpeming, MI.

The team of central practice instructors (m/f/d) is part of the nursing management. Our goal is to continuously improve the quality of education in our clinic. With your pedagogical skills, you will support the relevant developments in nursing practice as a central practice instructor (m/f/d).

To do so, you will manage all relevant processes related to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training for nursing apprentices.


Your responsibilities:


  • Comprehensive support of nursing apprentices (m/f/d) during their placements on the wards
  • Planning, implementation, and assurance of universitylevel education
  • Close collaboration with our nursing school and cooperation partners
  • Development and implementation of interesting and new apprentice projects
  • Exciting and creative involvement in the education process
  • Planning and conducting highquality group and individual instruction
  • Planning and conducting introductory days
  • Networking and exchange with nursing professionals (m/f/d), managers (m/f/d), the health academy, and other practice instructors (m/f/d)
