We are currently seeking a seamstress for our medium-sized client in the civilian and military aviation industry, located between Hamburg and Elmshorn.

Responsibilities

Measuring, inspecting, and cutting predetermined fabrics and materials
Sewing technical textiles according to specifications (e.g. rescue systems, carrying bags, parachutes, etc.)
Assembling parachutes
Participation in development projects
Contributing to technical problemsolving

Requirements

Completed training as a seamstress, tailor, or equivalent qualification required
Previous work experience in the abovementioned field
Relevant knowledge from the workwear industry preferred
Practical experience with sewing machines and automats
Basic knowledge of English
Precise and accurate work
Flexibility and teamwork skills
