Hybrid position in the field of personnel management/coordination

Sonne GmbH is a youth welfare organization operating throughout Berlin, specializing in outpatient support for children and adolescents with physical and/or mental disabilities.

Our daily task is to provide support and long-term care for these children.

Your profile:

Your enthusiasm for people, your belief in the potential of each individual, and your clear communication style set you apart. Your passion is to motivate and support people.
You have professional experience in the field of personnel management. Ideally, you have a degree in personnel management/human resources, public management, business administration, or related fields. Additional pedagogical background would be an advantage.
You have a solid understanding of labor law. You can successfully mediate between employees, employers, and authorities.
