AC Personalservice serves as a partner for service providers throughout Germany in the field of recruitment. We relieve our long-standing clients of the time-consuming process of personnel search, helping them save valuable time and costs.

For a permanent position with our renowned client in the personnel services industry, we are looking for a goal-oriented and assertive individual to lead the existing branch in Bautzen.

Your future responsibilities:

Filling newly acquired orders with qualified and motivated personnel
Ensuring an economical pricing policy
Analyzing the local market and competition
Initiating salespromoting measures on site
Achieving annual goals by utilizing all potential in the applicant and client market
