    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a dedicated Senior Justice Data Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our data management and quality assurance processes.

    The role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data that supports our justice initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data quality standards, legal data management practices, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.


    Duties and Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement comprehensive data quality management plans to ensure the accuracy and consistency of critical data within the justice sector.

    Lead the design and execution of complex data audits, identifying data inconsistencies and recommending corrective actions.

    Manage a team of data quality analysts, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.

    Collaborate with IT teams, data scientists, and legal professionals to enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
    Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations regarding data handling, privacy, and security.
    Report on data quality metrics, performance, and improvement projects to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
    Facilitate the integration of new technology solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
    Contribute to policy development and strategic planning related to data management within the justice system.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a quality assurance management role.

    Proven experience in the justice or legal sector, with a strong understanding of legal data requirements and compliance issues.
    Expertise in data quality tools and methodologies, with a strong analytical mindset.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

    Preferred Skills:
    Certifications in data quality, project management, or related fields.
    Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
    Knowledge of advanced data analytics and reporting tools.
