Your tasks:

You will be responsible for actively driving digitalization in the tax department of Farmersville, OH by identifying projects that can benefit from IT resources and improve the daily work of tax experts.
You will analyze company processes and identify areas where digitalization can be implemented in the tax department, specifically in tax compliance management systems.
You will support digitalization projects to streamline taxrelated processes and make them more efficient.
You will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement digital solutions.
You will develop strategies for the use of AI and robotics in the tax department.
You will ensure the continuous optimization and automation of taxrelated business processes, workflows, and systems.

Your profile:

Completed specialized training as a business administrator or a bachelor's degree in business informatics, economics, engineering, or a related field with a focus on digitalization.
Strong understanding of project and process management, as well as portfolio management.
Organized and able to work independently.
Team player with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
Experience in digitalizing business processes and implementing IT solutions in the tax department.
