- Manage the central collection, processing, coding, posting, and payment of invoices across Fitlab brands.
- Proficiency in 3 Way Match, reconciling entries, and general ledger management
- Interface with other departments, customers, and vendor representatives
- Responsible for effective communication levels and fosters team building
- Manage vendor communications and payment plans for past due invoices
- Drive process improvement and streamline AP operations
- Knowledge of GAAP as it pertains to Prepaids, Accruals and Fixed Assets
- Additional accounting support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 7-10 year of previous A/P experience
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word and Excel; QuickBooks and Netsuit experience is a plus
- Superb organizational skills with high attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work effectively independently and as a member of a team

As we enter an exciting phase of growth, FitLab's Finance team is looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP specialist will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.
Job Summary:
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. This generally includes receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders, and processing payments.
