For our client, a service laboratory with a central location in Munich, we are looking for a temporary employee with the possibility of permanent employment as a:

Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) Preanalytics:


Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for ensuring the timely processing of incoming orders, such as emergencies, routine, etc.
  • You are responsible for unpacking incoming orders
  • You clarify unclear orders through a clearing center
  • You register the samples in the laboratory information system
  • In addition, your tasks include checking the plausibility of order documents with the corresponding sample materials
  • You take care of digitizing and scanning order documents
  • You are also responsible for centrifuging sample material
  • Sample distribution is also part of your tasks
  • After appropriate training, you will process study samples
  • After appropriate internal training, you will also work on order processing
  • You will also participate in internal training and further education opportunities

Your profile:


  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a medical field (e.g. medical assistant) or have a comparable education
  • You are fluent in German, both spoken and written
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You are a team player
  • Experience in customer service over the phone is desirable
  • You are a reliable person with a quick grasp and precise working style
