In this role, you will ensure an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers and build long-lasting relationships based on loyalty and trust.

You will handle inquiries regarding payment methods (only certified providers are accepted), delivery times, customs procedures, returns, and complaints.

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in a call center is highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of information technology
  • Ability to contribute your own experience
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Understanding of the importance of professionalism
  • Fluency in French
  • Team player mentality
