    Job Title: Senior Digital Manager

    Location: New York, NY (onsite)

    In-office days: Monday- Thursday in office, Fridays remote

    Company Overview: My client is a leading media company dedicated to delivering high-quality content and innovative digital experiences to audiences worldwide. With a focus on broadcasting, we strive to engage, inform, and inspire our audience through various digital platforms and channels.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Manager to join our team and lead digital strategy, content development, and audience engagement initiatives. The Senior Digital Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital presence, optimizing digital channels, and enhancing the overall user experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with company objectives, audience preferences, and industry trends.
    • Content Planning and Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and optimization of digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email, and mobile apps.
    • Audience Engagement and Growth: Lead efforts to increase audience engagement, retention, and acquisition through targeted digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and audience segmentation.
    • Platform Management: Manage and optimize digital platforms and tools, including content management systems (CMS), social media management platforms, analytics tools, and email marketing platforms.
    • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track digital metrics, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
    • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on achieving business goals.
    • Partnership Development: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to execute digital projects, campaigns, and partnerships that drive engagement and revenue growth.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage digital budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
    • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry best practices, related to digital content, data privacy, and digital advertising.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving digital growth and engagement.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and strategies.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in digital media, content marketing, and audience engagement.
    • Experience in the media is a plus.
