We, the Children, Youth and Family Support Hochzoll and the Evangelical Children and Youth Welfare Center Augsburg (evki), in cooperation with our organization, operate the youth center "Alte Schule" in the district of Hochzoll-Nord in Augsburg, PA.

In the historic building "Alte Schule", we combine open youth work with a youth café - an innovative pedagogical concept for Augsburg.

The youth café is operated by BIB Augsburg gGmbH.


For this exciting, dynamic and creative role in our joint youth center "Alte Schule", we are currently seeking a temporary replacement as a manager:

Social Pedagogues (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
(Diploma/Bachelor/Master)


Part-time (30 hours per week)

Versatility and responsibility -

Your main tasks include:


  • Bringing life to the youth center.
  • Planning, organizing, offering, networking, cooperation with the youth café
  • Mediation and networking in the entire district of Hochzoll Nord
  • Festivals, celebrations, variety of themes, opening the house to all young people
  • Leading the youth center team

Creative, dedicated, social -

You offer us:


  • Degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in "open youth work" would be helpful
  • Knowledge of relevant support systems
  • Sociability
  • High motivation, combined with joy in shaping
