_For our client, an innovative company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d)._

This is what your daily work looks like:

  • Coordination of a smooth process in
    production and
    manufacturing, as well as
    quality optimization (JIT/JIS):

  • Staff planning, personnel deployment, personnel training, as well as creating a motivated, high-performing, and team-oriented workforce

Cost center responsibility and
investment planning for equipment and machinery, analysis of machine processes

Handling of complaints and responsibility for order control, picking, assembly, and maintenance

Market observation in terms of manufacturing technology, design, and budget planning

  • Creation of
    work instructions, FMEA, PLP, process descriptions:
  • Preparation, support, and ensuring the achievement of goals for
    audits (IATF, EHS, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with
    environmental and occupational safety standards, as well as standards in change management related to processes
