Your responsibilities

Creating forecasts, reports, and statistics
Advising and supporting management in all personnel controlling matters
Determining personnelrelated expenses and costs for the annual budget
Developing methods, processes, and tools for personnel controlling

Your profile

You have a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling
You are a recent graduate with practical experience through internships, or you have some experience in (HR) controlling
You have a passion for numbers and bring energy and enthusiasm to your work
You enjoy finding solutions for complex issues and work efficiently towards goals
You are proficient in MS Office and are interested in learning specific industry software
