For over 100 years, we have been producing specialty products and phosphates in the fields of life science, nutrition, and pharmaceuticals.

Our occupational health services team provides care for approximately 800 employees in production, logistics, laboratory facilities, and office work during regular business hours.

Due to a retirement, we are currently seeking a:

Your Responsibilities:

Providing medical emergency care (advanced first aid) for injured or ill employees during our business hours
Preparation and execution of preemployment and occupational medical examinations (audiometry, optometry, and spirometry according to BG principles)
Planning and conducting (refresher) trainings for first aid
Collaboration with company doctors and occupational safety specialists, including joint health initiatives such as preventive checkups or organizing health days
Additional administrative and organizational tasks with IT support

Your Qualifications:

Vocational training and at least 4 years of relevant experience as an Emergency Medical Technician/Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is mandatory
Good medical understanding, especially in surgical wound care and occupational health checkups
Willingness to learn
