- Represent the organization at in-house ballpark events and off-site community events promoting ticket sales and the organization
- Build and foster relationships with past, current, and potential new clients
- Network and build relationships in Omaha and the surrounding metropolitan area
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly team-based sales goals
- Research, develop and manage a list of potential new partners
- Make sales contacts mainly via phone and email to area organizations and follow up as necessary through all points in the calendar year
- Proactively create opportunities for new business with existing customers
- Maintain records of all customers and prospects by utilizing CRM tool
- Work with the front office team to achieve the objectives of the advertising sales, marketing, tickets and community relations departments
- Provide excellent customer service and care to all customers and prospects
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience with ticket management CRM – a plus
- Ability to comfortably present sales material to potential clients
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive for organizational business
- Ability and willingness to work varied and long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
