Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Coordinate and assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts, responding to customer inquiries, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including product launches, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant tools and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and external vendors to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are executed effectively.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role (experience in the home appliance industry is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus).
