This role is in charge of coordinating the marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies of the community to achieve goals in occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by handling leasing activities, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Unit Count: 72
  • Property Type: Mid-Rise
  • Work Schedule: Part-Time 16-24 hours a week


Essential Responsibilities:
  • Inspects apartments before resident move-in, ensures readiness, and schedules maintenance tasks
  • Stays updated on market conditions, develops marketing plans, and follows policies to boost occupancy
  • Uses property management software for tracking activities and managing resident data
  • Ensures show quality standards, merchandising, and leasing office preparation
  • Supports lease renewal program, prepares documentation, and addresses resident concerns efficiently

Required Licenses or Certifications:
  • Must have necessary licenses/certifications
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation is determined by location and skills. Corporate Positions: Eligible for annual performance bonus. Onsite Property Positions: Eligible for discretionary bonus based on budget.
