Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role:


We are currently hiring a Marketing Communications professional who will be responsible for 360-degree marketing communications including product marketing, Marcom, and PR communications for B2B businesses.

The personnel will be located in Fremont CA working with both the global marketing team in Taiwan and the USA team for promoting Zerova's products.

The reporting structure will be matrix reporting both to Taiwan and USA teams.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Formulates the B2B marketing & communication strategy for Phihong USA in global level
  • Analyze marketing data and extract key insights, market trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and to strengthen decisionmaking process.
  • Collaborate with other functions to strengthen our brand message of Phihong USA in the power supply market
  • Create, manage and carry out product marketing strategy. Work with and enable sales to attract the right customers for new products.
  • Determine product's positioning in the market and ensure product meets the needs of the target audiences.
  • Ability to work closely with country teams while being very handson.
  • Experience in integrated communications, media strategy and plans.
  • Develop marketing materials leveraging the company's resources.
  • Manage, produce, and update corporate and productrelated marketing materials, including factsheets, brochures, website, infographics, etc.
  • Contribute ideas and assist in executing marketing projects and social media management.
  • Manage executive communication for senior leadership team including but not limited to presentation materials.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal sales team, and communicate with sales leaders about event implementation.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate/marketing communications or public relations management either inhouse or with an agency.
  • Experience in market research and ability of analytical skills and thinking.
  • Exposure to public speaking with demonstrated project management capability is highly preferable
  • Talents with experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Sensible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, aware of international cultural differences.
