We are currently seeking full-time and permanent support to join our team in North Sarasota, FL.
**Within the Melitta Group, we are implementing Workday as our global HCM system. The first phase has been successfully completed and we are currently in the midst of phase 2, rolling out additional modules and digitizing our HR services.

  • You will be the central point of contact for the support of the global HCM system and always have an open ear for employees
  • You will be in constant communication with HR colleagues, HR process and project managers, as well as the Global IT and business units
  • You will provide advice on the implementation of new HR processes in terms of user acceptance and support in defining process standards
