Just a few steps from the famous Braunfels Castle, our Schlosshotel & the small Hotel Himmelreich Braunfels are located. With a completely historic flair, we welcome our guests to our 33-room favorite place.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a full-time enthusiastic hotel manager (m/f/d).

(This position is available immediately as a 40-hour/week full-time position)

It is important to us that we are not just looking for someone to handle administrative tasks, but someone who wants to become the heart and soul of the house as a host\*ess.

Responsibilities

Embodying the heart and soul of the house for our guests and the team
Independent management, in a team of two, of all operational processes from service to budget planning to reservation management
Active and dedicated work in all areas, especially at the reception
Team support and leadership, including personnel planning and team development
Active marketing of the location
Organization and implementation of locationspecific marketing measures
Coordination and organization of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, gardeners, event managers)
Process optimization for smooth operations

Qualifications

Completed training/studies in the hotel industry and/or professional experience in a similar position desired
Great passion for hospitality and the hotel industry
