About the role
As the Marketing Lead for Violife Professional, you will lead a collaborative and close-knit team of 3 Brand Managers. While the team is based in Hamburg, your responsibilities will cover the entire DACHIT region.

You will work closely with the head of Violife Professional and the Sales Lead to build the team, improve processes, and develop strategies.

Your main objectives in this role will be:

Managing the V

Pro Marketing Team: Challenge the status quo within the team and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency in all marketing activities and collaborations.

Leading strategic and operational management of the assigned Professional brand and product portfolio. This includes developing and implementing B2B, customer, and operator (B2B2B) activation strategies to drive growth through digital and traditional touchpoints.

Leading the conception, coordination, and execution of marketing activities (such as campaigns, activation concepts, operator promotions and activations, and point of sale appearances) in line with Upfield's brand guidelines.
