Join our Technical Advisory Service with your strengths and experience. Recommend technical and creative solutions to help people stay in the workforce or return to it. Advise employees of the Federal Employment Agency on current issues related to health and safety.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You advise employers and employees on inclusion and prevention.

You independently conduct technical analyses by visiting workplaces, researching possible technical aids, and developing individual solutions.


You also have important advisory tasks within the Federal Employment Agency, supporting managers in matters of occupational safety and setting up ergonomic workstations for employees.

You coordinate with various internal and external partners, such as rehabilitation advisors and integration services, for all your tasks.

You write written statements and expert opinions and give lectures on work-related topics.

Requirements

You have a (technical) university degree as an engineer.

You have at least two years of professional experience as an engineer with tasks and requirements comparable to those of a Technical Advisor
