For our modern
Fasanenhof Senior Center in
Stuttgart-Feuerbach, we are looking for a full-time and temporary
Kitchen Manager to start immediately or at the earliest possible date.

The management team at the facility will actively support you during your training. You will also receive intensive support from our team and quality officers in all practical matters.

Job Description:

Providing ageappropriate and healthconscious meals for residents
Planning and organizing the kitchen operations, meal service in the dining room, and handover to the nursing staff
Calculating food requirements and monitoring the ordering process
Ordering food, costeffective and environmentally conscious purchasing
Carrying out and organizing all administrative tasks, identifying potential for improvement and developing necessary measures
Ensuring the quality and quantity of the food supply in the facility
Actively participating in the quality management system and implementing it in your own area
Supporting the housekeeping management in planning projects for the food supply area
Cooperating with employees, residents, resident council, and various departments
