We are currently seeking a People Relations Manager (EMEA) contractor/freelancer for a leading global company that specializes in audio, imaging, and voice technologies for various platforms such as cinemas, home theaters, PCs, mobile phones, and games.

Mission
As the People Relations Manager, your mission will be to oversee the People Relations agenda for the EMEA region.

You will work closely with local People Business Partners, the US corporate/regional People Team, Legal, functional specialists, and business leaders to proactively address any changes or challenges that may arise.


Your everyday

  • Balance global and local cultures and complexities to achieve the best outcomes for the company as a whole.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Works Council in Germany regarding labor relations matters and their interactions with the Managing Director, US, and Europebased specialists.
  • Manage relationships with other labor representatives across Europe and lead negotiations and internal coordination for collective consultations and negotiations as needed.
  • Resolve and mitigate complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
