Our client, a state-owned IT system house, is looking for a full-time team leader (m/f/d) for payroll in Berlin-Kreuzberg and is hiring through
staffing services:

Your tasks as a team leader (m/f/d) or HR manager (m/f/d) in human resources:

Disciplinary and professional management of the payroll team
Contact person for executives and employees for wage and taxrelated questions
Support for a defined group of employees
Responsibility for monthly payroll (nationwide and across companies)
Processing of new hires and departures, company pension schemes, debt management, time accounts, etc.
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
Determination and evaluation of provisions
Participation in HR and group reporting
Support during tax audits
General office tasks

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training as a
certified personnel specialist (m/f/d),
HR manager (m/f/d),
payroll specialist (m/f/d),
personnel officer (m/f/d),
HR generalist (m/f/d) or a degree in
human resource management,
personnel management,
HR or a similar background
