    Description


    A well-established wealth management firm in Bellevue, WA is searching for a Client Service Associate to support their financial advisory team This important position plays a vital role in enhancing the client experience at the firm by providing administrative and operational support to three wealth advisors and delivering exceptional client service.

    You need to have 1 year of professional experience in a related industry, have a series 65 or 66 license (or be able to pass the test) and exposure to CRM systems.

    This is a great opportunity to work out of a brand new office space in a fast-paced, team-oriented and professional environment that embraces a culture of support for clients, the community and one another.

    The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, competitive salary, 100% medical coverage, 401k, growth opportunities and morePay Range:
    $65, 000 - $70, 000 DOEResponsibilities:Perform a variety of data entry, filing, and client follow-up tasksOnboard new clients monthly, ensuring a smooth and efficient processAssist with scheduling meetings between advisors and clients as neededHandle client inquiries and transactions, including money movement and transfer requests, via phone, email, or virtual meetingsPrepare reports and marketing materials for client meetings upon requestRequirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 1 year of professional experience, including internships;open to recent graduatesMust obtain Series 65 or 66 within six months of hireProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience with CRM systems, preferably SalesforceExcellent organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to handle high volumes of client interactionsPrior experience in the financial services industry or individual wealth management is preferredBenefits:100% medical insurance coverageDental and Vision insurance401k with 3% match10 days PTO5 days PSL11 paid holidaysBonus potentialGrowth opportunitiesFlexible hybrid scheduleFriendly work environmentNew office spaceTo learn more about this position, submit your application today#INDOPS #LI-POST #LI-HYBRID #LI-KL1
