    Job DescriptionSalary:

    EPIC is searching for an experienced Superintendent for high-volume, fast-paced renovation projects in high-risk areas. to join our Healthcare team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing construction projects. Our operations are centered in the Metro Atlanta area, and there is no need for travel. If you're passionate about construction, have an eye for detail, and are interested in growth opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, prioritizing safety and quality.
    • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify areas of potential savings.
    • Resource Management: Ensures crews have the appropriate resources to perform effectively
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate written project documentation.
    • Desired, but not required
      • Compliance: Ensure adherence to construction standards and healthcare regulations: infection control, life safety, and ILSM protocols.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant field experience required
    • Positive attitude and professional appearance
    • Interact well with customers, vendors, project team, and the public
    • Confident in making decisions with limited information in a timely manner
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Must have transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
    • Desired, but not required
      • Confidently interpret drawings

    Working Environment:

    • All work is performed in occupied healthcare facilities
    • Must be able to stand for long periods
    • Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
    • Able to stand; crawl; climb ladders & stairs; stoop and kneel; etc
