    Job description As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry.

    From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

    • The traveling Project Superintendent will lead modular, healthcare construction projects. They will oversee the sitework and facility construction to create hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

      The Project Superintendent will take ownership of the delivery of the project from sitework through Certificate of Occupancy and State Health Approvals.

      A superintendent is hands-on and takes full ownership over all trades on a job-site, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more.

    Also hiring Traveling Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers who have healthcare construction experience
    Take full ownership of safety on the project site including any customer compliance requirements.
    Take full ownership of entire construction operations on job site from start to finish
    Coordinate daily work plans with self perform teams, trade partners, and customer contractors.
    Ensure project schedule milestones are being met.
    Daily communication with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams.
    Plan project schedule alongside Project Manager from start to completion of project.
    Responsible for coordination with internal departments including shipping, logistics, and self perform.
    Responsible for planning site logistics for permanent jobsite installations and module delivery and setting.
    Responsible for efficient management of site facilities and general conditions cost.
    Responsible for documenting and communicating lessons learned into continuous improvement processes.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and construction documents and properly communicate missing information or discrepancies.
    General knowledge of construction means and methods across all trades.
    Ability to identify and implement process improvements for current and future projects.
    5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects
    Experience in healthcare interior and ground-up construction projects
    Previous Experience With ICRA Training And Construction Preferred
