    Description

    Looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on interior projects in the Atlanta area for a TOP Interior focused Commercial GC.

    These projects could range from Class A, Higher Education, or Healthcare.

    Our client has been in the business for 10+ years, deeply committed to exceeding client expectations in every detail of their work in commercial construction.

    They have created a very strong footprint in the Class A space. Overall project administration, leadership, and technical direction of ground up projects
    Manage bid requests, review bids, develop subcontracts
    Handle all project buyout within designated time frame
    Review project submittals for conformance to contract documents from subcontractors
    Develop and maintain site logistics plan
    Manage special Inspection Schedules
    Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
    Review Daily Reports and Safety Inspections from on-site Superintendents
    Organie, attend, participate, and lead project meetings, including subcontractor meetings involving pre-construction, scope of work, scheduling, safety, etc
    Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
    Managing and multitasking multiple projects at a time
    Ability to read and understand blue prints, CAD files as well as Municipality code and requirements
    Has worked on interior projects
    Project experience should include Class A, higher education or healthcare
    Has experience with Procore, Excel and Word
    Has done submittals and pay applications
