- Work in the Graduate Programs team in the Dean's office focused on supporting initiatives around graduate recruitment and student engagement.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to set up webinars and act as the point of contact for third-party for operational activities related to the same.
- Work on data collection, analysis and reporting as needed for the activities related to the graduate programs.
- Managing the various mailboxes for graduate programs and by replying to or coordinating replies to all student or prospect inquiries,
- Help with administering the various operations of the Dean's Council and other student organizations as needed.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills to plan and direct departmental events.
- Work closely with the school's media and marketing team to promote events and projects.
- Manage and complete various administrative and operational tasks per the needs of the department.
- Organize and present at staff meetings, as needed.
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills, especially Word and Excel, are necessary.

Job Summary
The Academic Support Coordinator position is a key member of the Graduate programs team in the Dean's office of the Jindal School of Management. Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly).
