    Job Description

    McKenna Labs is looking for a Product Development (PD) Project Manager to oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery, Tec transfer, and company growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will create and manage detailed project plans, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and keep projects on track by providing timely updates and addressing delays. Strong communication skills and a commitment to company objectives are essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales team to ensure clear project briefs
    • Work with costing team for timely quote processing
    • Coordinate with R&D team for on-budget submissions
    • Ensure timely delivery of materials with purchasing and operations team
    • Coordinate initial product runs with Customer Service
    • Proactively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders
    • Identify and address potential roadblocks
    • Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
    • Contribute to team improvement and development
    • Lead cross-functional teams through product development phases
    • Promote a high-performance culture within the team

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in customer service, business development, or project management
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
    • Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
    • Strong critical thinking and influencing skills
    • Effective communication with employees at all levels
    • Comfortable making decisions with limited information
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Flexible work hours as needed

    This role offers an annual salary range of $68,000 - $80,000 based on experience. McKenna Labs is dedicated to creating an inclusive and welcoming work environment for all employees.
