Stefanie Anderson

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, both as a hair stylist/make up artist as well as in R@D and product development, I am passionate about all things beauty and wellness. My unique experience as both an artist and educator has led me to not only take great pride in the products I develop but also seek out new and emerging trends to give the consumer the best experience possible. I am grateful to have found a career in product development as it combines my love of beauty and science.

Starting as a hairstylist and makeup artist, I worked behind the chair as well as on set, photo shoots and weddings. As a lover of science, I began the process of working my way to product testing and R&D to product development in the beauty and personal care field.

I am a licensed Cosmetologist, attended make up school, learning beauty and character make up and am a member of the Society for Cosmetic Chemists, taking advantage of seminars, talks and education courses offered to better my knowledge of raw materials and ingredients used in formulating. Though not formally trained in chemistry, I have had the benefit of working with many Chemists and scientists in my career and absorbing anything and everything that I could from them.
