Description

Fullerton Schwarz Real Estate Services combines all real estate services for the administrative locations of companies within the Schwarz Group under one roof. They secure property acquisitions and take care of building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available as contact persons for all real estate matters both internally and externally.

Your tasks

You are responsible for our renovations in existing buildings and manage all construction participants as the responsible project manager
You conduct condition assessments of buildings and technical systems and derive follow-up measures and future construction standards from them
You ensure a smooth start-up operation of completed new construction projects through your commissioning management and constantly search for optimization potentials. This ensures the demand-oriented and sustainable operation of our technical systems and buildings in the upcoming usage phase
You always keep an overview: tracking and processing our warranty claims during the warranty period
You enjoy developing and actively shaping our processes
You are a competent contact person for the specialist departments regarding questions of construction-related facility management

Your profile

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering, alternatively a degree in real estate management, facility management or a comparable technical qualification with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Sound, several years of professional experience (operational activity) as well as demonstrable successes in project completion of
