General Duties and Responsibilities:
Distributes repair work based on technicians' skills and abilities to ensure the customer's needs are met and vehicles are fixed right the first time
Prioritizes and schedules work in the Service Department to increase the productivity of the shop
Tracks status of repair orders
Coordinates with the Parts Department, Sales Department and Body Shop to ensure effectiveness of the service process
Qualifications:
At least one year experience in an Automotive Dealership Service Department
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be team-oriented and self-motivated
