outstanding individual who will take pride in being part of a team that sets high standards and makes quality a priority.





PRIMARY DUTIES:
(In-Person Position)

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule customers using established dispatching software
  • Dispatching plumbing related work orders based on urgency
  • Routing calls to employees
  • Able to work in a
    _fastpaced__ environment_
  • Invoice customers
  • Light A/R & A/P
  • Data Entry

QUALIFICATIONS:

-
MUST be able to communicate clearly and effectively
-
MUST have a minimum of
3 + years of administrative experience; dispatching in a construction environment/service industry a PLUS**:

  • Available to work Monday-Friday 8 am
  • 5 PM and alternating Saturdays
  • Proficient in utilizing modern technology

Strong attention to details-is a
MUST:


  • High-level organization skills
  • is a
    MUST:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient typing skillsminimum of 30 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
