Description
Propio Language Services is transforming communication by developing tools and technologies that make it easier and more efficient for clients to engage with the Limited English Proficiency Population to improve access to healthcare and essential services in social services, education, legal and many others.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering and developing executive-level relationships, implementing successful sales strategies, consistently achieving revenue targets, and managing a revenue driven team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on our clients to drive revenue growth with a focus on our remote interpretation platformLead and manage a team of two direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and supportAchieve and exceed personal sales quotas along with team quotasCollaborate with Client Success Team to proactively identify expansion opportunities within the existing client baseLead budgeting and forecasting efforts for the Expansion Department, ensuring alignment with overall company goalsHire additional team members as neededFoster and develop executive-level relationships within key client organizationsNegotiate and execute contracts for large-scale business expansionsImplement innovative strategies to increase pipeline and revenueConduct regular analysis of team performance, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize overall effectivenessImplement processes to effectively track the status of all opportunities in the team's pipeline and ensure timely follow-upWork collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions to clientsPerform other responsibilities and duties as neededTravel approximately 25%Qualifications Bachelor's Degree orequivalent work experiencePrefer 3+ years in a fast-paced sales role, ideally in healthcare and/or technologyDetail oriented and organized with good time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
