Job Description

Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist our growing business. The individual must have a strong work ethic and a persistent attitude towards customer service.

Basic Purposes:

Build and maintain new and current customer relationships by effectively presenting our financial products and services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and leads.
Build and maintain current customer relationships.
Know and understand financial products and effectively present to new and perspective clients.
Achieve and maintain monthly sales goals.
Assist the operations team, and various service partners, to provide a smooth and efficient on-boarding experience.
Cross-sell financial solutions to maximize profitability spreads and customer experience.
Assist management in refining sales process.
Assist in maintaining CRM software and leads list.

Education and Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree. BS in Business Admin preferred but not necessary.
High School or Military Service, encouraged to apply.

Experience

Knowledge of sales process and development with a track record of driving sales in the factoring industry
Sandler Training Background, preferred.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Knowledge of Factoring, financial products and/or trucking industry a plus
Extremely detailed and well organized
Excellent verbal presentation and personal skills
Sales and negotiation skills
Computer literacy is required in maintaining CRM sales database and heavy use of MS office products.
