    Job Summary:

    As the Client Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client accounting operations within our organization. You will lead a team of talented accounting professionals and work closely with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely billing, and effective collection processes. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving the financial success of our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
    • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide expert guidance and support.
    • Review and approve client invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual terms.
    • Monitor accounts receivable activities, implement effective collection strategies, and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
    • Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare management reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into accounting processes.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for accounting-related queries and concerns.
