Customer Service Representative
At Essity North America Professional Hygiene (PH), we are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative. This position will be stationed at our Service Excellence Center (SEC) in Neenah, WI.

About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the Essity Americas team, acting as a bridge between customers and internal departments to streamline the order process.

What You Will Do:

Manage the entire order cycle, from entry to delivery, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues; Process orders within established protocols and timelines; Handle internal and external customer queries regarding order status, shipping, delivery problems, and product availability; Take the lead in resolving service issues and offering support during quality concerns; Act as the customer's voice internally, balancing satisfaction and profitability; Exercise judgment to process orders, manage inventory, and boost customer satisfaction; Proactively assist in process improvement projects; Perform other essential duties as required.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree preferred; Over three years of experience in customer service; Able to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
