- Provide leadership, vision, and strategy for the visual aspects of our marketing efforts
- Develop various creative assets including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, website, mobile, print material, email, and event/tradeshow experiences
- Uphold brand consistency across all marketing channels by reviewing and approving designs to maintain quality standards and brand guidelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth) to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that deeply resonate with our target audience
- Stay up to date on industry trends and market insights to continually incorporate fresh and effective ideas into our marketing strategies
- Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimally allocated
- At least 5 years of experience working in design, advertising, freelance, or a related field
- Experience designing across multiple mediums (web, print, mobile, performance marketing, e-mail, html)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate the reasonings behind ideas and decisions
- Expertise in typography, composition, layout, design thinking, and design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience using Webflow
